Ease into your month with a nourishing blend of gentle movement and guided reflection. This class invites you to soften the body, settle the mind, and turn inward through breath-led yoga and brief journaling pauses. You’ll be offered thoughtful prompts to help you set intentions, release tension, and explore what’s alive within.
Please bring a notebook or journal and a pen. No writing experience needed—just a willingness to be present and curious.
This class will tentatively be held on the first Monday of each month, with the exception of major holidays.
